Political Mobilization will typically also include stakeholders who in principle are not included in a given agenda, however, still are being directly or indirectly affected by a political decision. To mobilize legitimate individuals’ interest within a given case and issue can be a powerful and vital tool in the process of addressing the issue towards key decision-makers.
